Brazil’s national drink – a whole lime mashed with brown sugar, a generous helping of Cachaça sugar cane spirit and crushed ice

Vodka, light rum, tequila and gin built high, a length of fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup, a squirt of cola and topped with a dash of triple sec

For the ladies: vodka, Chambord (black raspberry liqueur) and pineapple juice, shaken hard and topped with a fresh raspberry. Sheer elegance

A zesty concoction of Jack Daniels, Cointreau, lemon juice sugar syrup and chilled lemonade served tall

Vodka, Cointreau, a squeeze of lime and a hint of Cranberry juice shaken into a Martini glass, finished off with a flaming slice of orange rind

Named after the big gun used during the second World War, this bubbly cocktail has Bombay Sapphire Gin, lemon juice and sugar
:: The Albany Classic Champagne Cocktail
A lump of sugar, coated in Angostura Bitters soaked in cognac finished off with Gosset champagne. A great winter aperitif
